VOCABULARY | Uma lista de ADJETIVOS POSITIVOS DO INGLÊS para usar em CURRÍCULOS!

Here is a list of positive English words and phrases to describe yourself at job interviews.

ambitious – someone who is keen to get on at work.

Example sentence: I’m quite ambitious, and this job would be a great opportunity for me!

confident – having belief in yourself, and your abilities.

Example sentence: I’m confident that I would make a valuable addition to your team.

---

conscientious – someone who takes care over work they are given to do.

Example sentence: I’m very conscientious. I take care to make sure I do a good job.

---

diligent – someone who works hard, and pays attention to what they do.

Example sentence: I’m a very diligent person. I’m good at applying myself to tasks.

Words with the same, or similar meanings: methodical.

---

easy-going – someone who is easy to get along with.

Example sentence: I’m pretty easy-going. I find it easy to get along with people.

---

hard-working – a person who works very hard.

Example sentence: I am very hard-working. I put a lot of effort into what I do.

Words with the same or similar meanings: industrious.

honest – someone who is truthful, and who doesn’t lie, cheat, or steal.

Example sentence: I pride myself in being honest, because I believe it is important.

Words with the same or similar meanings: trustworthy.

loyal – someone who is very attached to the company they work for.

Example sentence: My loyalty can be relied upon, and I will not disappoint you.

methodical – someone who pays attention to detail.

Example sentence: I’m very methodical. I take care over my work.

motivated – a person who is enthusiastic about their work.

Example sentence: I’m very motivated, and love doing what I do.

---

punctual – someone whose timekeeping is good.

Example sentence: I’m very punctual. I always arrive at work on time.

---

reliable – a trustworthy person who won’t let you down.

Example sentence: I’m very reliable. You can depend on me to get the job done on time.

---

A team player – someone who works well with other people.

Example sentence: I’m a team player. I’m happy to collaborate with other people on projects.
